Static	Paralyzes all opponents near the Pokémon for a short time when the Pokemon receives damage. This Ability goes on cooldown after it's triggered.

Level 5 One of the following moves can be learned at Level 5 to replace Thunder Shock.

The user's next 6 basic attacks also launch a star-shaped electric blast that deals additional damage. Upgrade (Level 11): The electric blasts decrease opposing Pokémon's Sp. Def. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
	Electro Ball	Ranged	0.5 seconds	771	2255	Has the user hurl an electric orb to the designated location, where it remains for a short time. When an electric orb and an opposing Pokémon touch, the orb releases its electricity and deals damage to nearby opposing Pokémon. A maximum of 2 uses can be kept in reserve for this move. Upgrade (Level 11): Deals damage over time to opposing Pokemon hit by this move.
