Strategy[]

For more tips and tricks on using Mewtwo Y, see here.

Evolution[]

When attacking opposing Pokemon unevolved, the Mega Gauge fills up. Every stack gives Mewtwo Y a 2% boost to its Sp. Atk, Defense, and Sp. Def. When the gauge reaches a maximum of 10 stacks, Mewtwo Y mega evolves. Mewtwo gains an additional increase in HP, Sp. Atk, Defense, and Sp. Defense when it undergoes mega evolution. All four statistics are all up 10%.

Mewtwo Y effectively gains a 30% boost in HP, Sp. Atk, Defense, and Sp. Defense as well as a 10% boost in HP when the boost from the gauge is added in.

Ability[]

All Evolution Stages
Pressure
When the Pokemon deals damage to an opposing Pokemon with a basic attack, the Mega gauge increases. The more the Mega gauge increases, the more the Pokemon's Sp. Atk. and basic attack speed increase. If the Mega gauge becomes full when the Pokemon is Lv. 5 or higher, the Pokemon Mega Evolves for a set amount of time. When the Pokemon Mega Evolves, its Sp. Atk and basic attack speed increase even more, and its movement speed increases.
