The Muscle Band is a held item that increases Basic Attack damage and increases Basic Attack speed. It can be upgraded with Item Enhancers to increase the additional damage even further.

Aeos Emporium[]
The Muscle Band can be bought from Aeos Emporium for 1000 Aeos Coins or 625 Aeos Tickets.
Beginner Challenge[]
The Muscle Band is rewarded after completing the tutorial (Basics 1 and 2) for Challenge 1 on Day 1 of the Beginner Challenge.

- The bonus damage dealt decreases as the Defense stat of the target Pokemon increases.
