Evolution

Pikachu does not evolve from Pichu and into Raichu despite it appearing in multiple Pokémon media. This may be due to Pichu being a baby Pokémon and Raichu requiring an evolution stone to evolve.

	Volt Tackle	Hindrance	9 seconds	1005	1675	Has the user electrify itself and charge ahead, throwing opposing Pokemon. For a short time after the user lands, the user's movement speed is increased. Upgrade (Level 13): Reduces this move's cooldown.
