Unite Battles are a form of battle in Pokemon UNITE. which palyers of two teams defend their own goals while attempting to score points in those of the other team. Players must fight members of the opposition team or wild Pokemon in order to acquire Aeos Eenergy, which they must then transfer to the other team's goal in order to score. After ten minutes, the team with the highest score wins; in the event of a tie, the side that achieved the tied score first wins.

Game Modes[]

There are 3 types of battles:

Standard Battle[]

The three sorts of matches that fall under the Standard Battle game mode's umbrella are Random Match, CPU Match, and Friendly Match. All of the 10-minute 5-on-5 games take place either Theia Sky Ruins or Remoat Stadium. Gamers can establish groups of any size or play individually. Players with similar ability levels will be randomly assigned to two teams in Random Matches. One team of five players will be randomly matched against a team of Computers in CPU Matches. Up to 10 people may join two teams during friendly matches, with CPUs filling in any open positions. Friendly matches do not provide rewards like Aeos Coins or Battle Points.

Ranked Battle[]

At Trainer Level 6, Ranked battles become available. In addition to that, you need a maximum of 5 Unite Licenses. These are 5-on-5 games that last 10 minutes and take place in Theia Sky Ruins. Gamers have the option of playing individually or in teams of two, three, or five. Members of the team must be at comparable rankings to one another.

Quick Battle[]

At Trainer Level 8, Quick Battles are available. With battles of 4 vs. 4 or 3 vs. 3, they are shorter than Regular Battles at 5 minutes. Players may only select from one Quick Battle map at a time since they rotate occasionally. Different regulations apply to each map.

Background[]

Pokemon (Excluding baby Pokemon) start a match at level one in their least evolved form and acquire experience gradually over time. This process is sped up by beating Wild Pokemon. As in the main series, Pokemon that have evolved (other than Pikachu) also do so when they collect experience and level up, giving them access to new moves for the duration of the battle. When a Pokemon first appears, it has two moves; the player selects which one to keep, while the other move is unlocked at Levels 2 or 3. At higher levels, these moves are enhanced, and the player gets to choose one of two new moves to use in their stead. When a Pokemon reaches Level 8, 9, or 10, it is able to use its Unite Move, a unique, potent attack that has the capacity to completely turn the tide of a battle. But, this needs to charge gradually. Participating in Unite Battles will earn the player Battle Points, Aeos Coins, and (after reaching Trainer Level 6) Aeos energy.

Team Position[]

Two teams with five players each make up a match. The side with the greater final score at the end of the game wins. Theia Sky Ruins and Remoat Stadium are the two 5v5 maps that players can select from. These maps both include common features and those that are distinct. Your enemies will always be on the right side, while you and your allies will always be on the left. The Home Base and Goal Zones of your team will be Purple, while the Home Base and Goal Zones of the opposition will be Orange.

Map Routes[]

In Unite Battles, players can pick between the Top Lane, Centeral Area, and Bottom Lane. There are three Goal Zones in each of the two lanes. Most offensive and defensive goals are scored here. All maps except Auroma Park and Shrive City do not have this layout.

MapRoute
  • Top Lane Icon Top Lane - The goal of top lane engagements is to gain experience and Aeos Energy as quickly as possible before using Regieleki to score a ton of points. As there are somewhat less Wild Pokemon spawns in the top lane than the bottom lane, it's critical to concentrate on eliminating any Wild Pokemon you come across, including those that are on the opposing team's side and trying to take Aeos Energy. How well the top lane can regularly gain or hold a score advantage frequently determines how a match will proceed.
  • Jungle Icon Central Area - In the early stages of the game for Speedsters, the wild Pokemon discovered in the Jungle will provide the majority of the EXP and Aeos Energy for the player. Keep in mind that Wild Pokemon caught in the jungle will provide somewhat more EXP than those found in lanes. The EXP acquired won't be shared as the player is likely to be alone themself, allowing the player to level up swiftly.
  • Bottom Lane Icon Bottom Lane - The player that specialises in All-Rounders and Supporters are the main targets of the goal in the bottom lane. The EXP from this lane will undoubtedly aid in communicating your goal and keep the lane from being clogged.

Goal & Flux Zones[]

Goal Zones are the main point scoring system. A Goal Zone will be destroyed when the number of points scored on it exceed the Goal Zone's point limit. The first set of Goal Zones will disappear after taking in 80 points, the second set of Goal Zones with 100 points, and the final Goal Zone near a team's base can take in an infinite number of points. Areas of the lane between two active Goal Zones are known as Flux Zones. Players receive an increase in movement speed as they travel through friendly Flux Zones. On the other hand, players travelling through an enemy's Flux Zone will give them a hefty movement speed debuff.

Middle 100

Pokemon[]

Over the course of the game, wild Pokemon can be found at set spots on the map at specific times. Depending on which Wild Pokemon you battle, defeating them grants XP and Aeos Energy as well as other advantages. Apart from fighting rival Pokemon, they are your primary source of Aeos Energy and XP in the game. The game's wild Pokemon come in a variety of varieties and fall into three groups:

Aipom-unite Wild Pokemon[]

Wild Pokemon are the kind of Pokemon most frequently seen all across the map. They abound in supply and typically respawn fast (around 30-60 seconds). The final two minutes of a game see wild Pokemon develop, becoming stronger and yielding more points when vanquished. While other Wild Pokemon continue to respawn, they will do so in their evolved forms, as opposed to other Pokemon, such Aipoms, which stop respawning in the last two minutes of the game.

Drednaw Boss Pokemon[]

Compared to the typical Wild Pokemon, Boss Pokemon are larger and more powerful. The minimap on your device will display a 30 second countdown signal before they appear, and they spawn less frequently than other wild Pokemon. They do not, however, reappear after the first two minutes of a game.

When acquired, they have the power to significantly change the course of a battle in your favour, especially if your squad manages to take them down repeatedly. You should work together with your squad to eliminate Boss Pokemon when the chance presents itself.

UNITE Rayquaza Wild Final Boss Pokemon[]

Final Boss Pokemon are regarded as the game's final goal because they are exclusive to each area. According on the game mode you are playing, they often spawn between 2:00 for Standard/Ranked and 1:00 for Quick Battles during the Final Stretch. Once defeated, they can offer a significant bonus that occasionally changes the course of combat. As it is a sought-after aim, many players will concentrate on this area at this time.
